Looking to pick up a couple of door grab handles for my Clio as they're pretty worn.

Can anyone confirm if they are a direct swap for a Ph. 1 car?
I know the switches etc are different so is the loom the same?
Alternatively, if anyone has any Ph. 1 handles/switches for sale, give me a shout.
