Clio 172 on Pistonheads with CS sticker

Anyone know this Clio, it has a Cliosport.net sticker on the rear window? Looks clean for the age, plenty of tax and MOT, cambelt supposedly done.

Is the price fair for a 172?

look's nice but seams a little bit over priced and its had the bumper painted or is bin in a crash. So if its bin in a crash then it is over priced!!
