Clio 172 ph1 buying guide

looking at a phase1 at the weekend.

im pritty keyed up about clio's in general but what should i be looking for. obviously it should have any rust and no structual damage but what else?

can someone do a check list for me please.

how do i check these? faded wording on the belt or loss of colour or what?
