clio 172 ph1 oe spark plugs,which ones?

what plugs should i be putting in my ph1 172,if ngk`s do i need to adjust the gap or are thay pre set?

NGK PFR6E-10 are the standard spec, i'm using bosch super 4s without any problems but people say there crap for some reason.
