clio 172 rattle help me... new engine time ? :(

im not sure what this noise is, car hasn't really lost any power, not been really driving it though or driving it hard but seems to pick up same as normal etc, has a rattle which only happens at around 3.800-4k rpms

heres a quick video. anyone any ideas off this? what should I look out for or whats easy for me to check (limited tools)

fuel rail guard at front of engine is loose but hard to be 100% from that video, big rectangular thing at the front of the engine, does it move if you try and wiggle it?

I'd just be checking everything is done up properly to be honest!

Manifold bolts, fuel rail guard, even engine lift points etc etc

oh! could it be something externally like that? been thinking its internal engine

the fuel rail guard is loose! really easy to move it!
have you had them like this before fred?
ill attempt to tighten tomorrow bloody hope this is what it is!!!!

Yep, common the bolts snap, about £7 each from the dealer (2 total) and 2 x nuts £1 each
