clio 172 rocking chairs

How do you tighten up the front seats on my 172 they are starting to pi$$ me of there like a grannys rocking chair!!!!!!

my bolts are tight, but the drivers' seat still rocks. there are four bolts accessible from beneath the car. two buy the heat shield and two by the sills. under rubber bungs.

my knew upgraded 172 seats for my 1.2 are doing this ^^ driving me insane! mine are tight as well :S
Any ideas?
