[FONT=Tahoma, Calibri, Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif]Hello I recently had a fault with my Clio sport the revs were all over the place put it on a diagnostic and came back with a throttle position sensor fault, I've replaced the whole throttle body, which has solved a lot of the problem but still stalls when the revs are low ,doesn't stall everytime sometimes it drops really low and then suddenly picks back up and revs normall, the coil light and the engine light was on before I changed the throttle body but now just the engine light is on any help or ideas would be appreciated[/FONT]

ok thanks do you think it may be something to do with a spark plug change needed...also the air filter on the car isn't a factory filter it's a sports filter but I dont think it's made exact for the car as it doesn't fit 100% and has tape on it

Change the air filter for an original airbox with a performance panel filter such as K&N or Greenstuff cotton filter. I'd change the plug leads for some decent performance leads. Make sure there are no air leaks into induction pipe from the filter to the throttle body. Also ensure the cold air feed pipes under the headlight are properly fitted to the air filter as well.

If none of that solves it then get it to a mechanic that can test the electric system to show up any faults
