clio 172

Hello gents (and ladies)!

Brought a Clio 172 (phase 2) but have a 2 small niggly faults which I was hoping you knowledgeable people could help me with!

First off, the SERV light keeps popping on on the dashboard, no other lights JUST the serv light, sometimes it will come on, sometimes it won't. I've had it plugged into the computer and it doesnt appear to come up with any fault codes? Wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction? (It's not the connectors under the seat).

Also, my drivers seat seems a bit wobbly, doesnt appear to be fixed in properly (only a little movement but enough for it to make a noise when stopping and starting). Prob a simple fix but thought I'd mention it anyway.

I assume you got to the bottom of this mate? This happens on alot of Clios's you need to wiggle the wires under your drivers seat and it should go off. Seat movement wise your gunna have to have a look at the bolts holding it in, the outside ones are easy to get to under the car, they are hidden under 2 plastic caps, the inside ones are up through the exhaust heat shield.

Yeah all sorted dude thanks though.

Was a little embarressing, but the serv light was me being a plonker. The seat still does it, although I've sat in another 172 since then and it does exactly the same, so I haven't bothered sorting it as of yet.
