Clio 182- cup suspension pack?

Hi. Can anybody tell me how to tell whether a car i'm going to take a look at has the cup suspension kit? It's on an 2004 04 plate and has the anthracite wheels. Does the fact that it has the anthracite wheels give an indication that it would also have the cup suspension kit? Please excuse my ingnorance!!

yes anthracite wheels = cup suspension pack. (unless he has purchased wheels afterwards, unlikely)
