Yeah got a 182 bumper on the way so im thinking about it! I have a few options to either make one myself or buy a ready made replica exhaust from someone local!
Will keep the forum posted with progress!

awesome mate, i have a 182 rear bumper too as it was going cheap and it seems a waste to get the cut outs smoothed in, but they all seem really expensive. and the ktec replica one isnt the right size so would cost even more to modify it. some places i enquired about wanted to run the system through the spare wheel well too.
all i want is the k tec style one but to fit a 182 bumper, hope you have some luck in finding a place mate

yeah, if you ask me its a bit stupid the way the ktec one doesnt fit a 182 bumper!! If it did then it would solve a few problems! Im just wondering if it would be possible to modify the standard exhaust with a longer pipe on the end, a dummy one attached to that and then two exhaust trims on the either end with some sort of secure bracket to hold it all securely in place... Im going to do a bit of enquiring so watch this thread for updates!

Can this be done by decent body shops? I have a bodged cut out job on my cup bumper and was wanting to go stealth again and have it smoothed in... My route was to buy a new bumper but this would be great if its possible to get the cut out filled in..

A decent bodyshop should be able to do it! fibreglass it! or use filler then smooth!

I like! this was my attempt! lol a different design! Basically the same as Ktec's, but id obviously take the time to ensure that it fits the cutouts of a 182 bumper! lol..
Can anyone that knows anything about exhausts tell us if any one of these designs would work ok?

I emailed Ktec about this and got this reply!
Hello Ross,
I am afraid the tailpipes will not line up exaclty with the 182 bumper as the system was designed to fit cars with the standard rear bumper, and was designed on a car with a standad bumper. It would be possible to have the system modified to move the tailpipes slightly in order to get them to line up exaclty with the 182 bumper holes.

lol i already had the same reply, at 330 quid plus money to modify it is too expensive. my step dad knows a welder so i will look into a custom system

I know! It would be easier getting someone to make an attachment to fit onto the standard exhaust. If you manage to get one made see if they'll do 2 and post me one! Likewise if I find someone this side of the water!

slight update buddy i saw this on ebay, a guy selling a full 182 replica so i emailed him about the exhaust. he got it made by exhaustuk for £125 and it goes round the spare wheel well
