Clio 182 not starting

Hi folks came out this morning and my car wouldn't start. It had no life wat so ever so bought a new battery and now it's making a funny ticking noise wen I try to start it. Could this be starter motor? I tried to bump start it and it still showed no sign of life cheers

Is it a rapid clicking sound?, is the dashboard & dials going crackers?

It makes a rapid clicking noise but the dials ect act normal

Any chance of a quick vid? check the earth points too, One off the battery, front of the gearbox and inside the passenger side wheel arch bolted onto the end of the gearbox

Il try post a vid soon not at the car just now. Ok I can give them a check over aswel just strange cuz it ran spot on last nyt then this happened

Right I've fitted a new starter and new battery checked the earths and as soon as connect my battery I go into car and I've got a couple warning lights and I've got a fast flashing red light and when I put my key in it dosent do nothing it dosent lock doors etc
