I love the standard 182 wheels. Mine are currently silver and really wanted them anthracite, but after reading this thread and really thinking of keeping them silver, and just sorting the ride height out instead!!
they have been kerbed by the previous owner and need refurbishing. im debating whether to get them refurbished or buy some speedlines in gun metal. unsure yet
i hav the standard 182 wheels on my 182 an i must admit they do finish the car off nicely, although they do need cleaned up the previous person "touched" the curb a few times!
I think they look 10x better then the standard 172 wheels I decided to have a set. 1st time I've cleaned the car since getting the wheels and getting them refurbed
Then in 100k I'll clean it again, gotta love having trees over the garden and car park lol
I think standard colour they look really nice, but the problem I have with the cup pack alloys, which I have on mine, is when you need to get them refurbed, like I do, there ain't any colour close to standard or the standard colour at refurbers where I have looked.
We ended up going for VW paint code which is the closest we found using a thingy that works out what colour it was. Forgotten the name of the device at the bodyshop now.
We had 1 standard non refurbed wheel and you could hardly see the difference with the paint code we decided on. Renault were no help what so ever which I find hard to believe.
I love my standard alloys, that was part of the reason i chose mine,Titanium with Anthracite alloys, will put a pic on,if i ever find out how to put a pic on
