clio 182, steering wheel Plastic strip Removal.

hey guys just signed up as brought myself a 182 , pretty amateur on cars but anyway im respraying my inside plastic strips, the long strip and tiny bit ive pulled off. but im frightened to try pull off the plastic strip to the steering wheel.
any advise how to get it off? how its attatched ? and if I can even get it off safely to put back on.

It has 2 legs at the back that pop into the wheel itself. Take a flat screwdriver and wiggle it out. You'll be fine.

All of the interior plastics are the same to remove. (Dash strips, wheel insert, gearknob insert, hazard strip)

Thanks got them off steering wheel one was a bit tricky. Just waiting for some stickers to re-label them back up now.
