By that I mean if for example you want to know in order to fit on a trailer, then the height of the bar that the wheel is going to butt up against will effect where on the arc of the tyre you need to measure to.
The wheelbase published is based on the centre point of the wheels. So from that you should be able to work it out.
Wheelbase is 2485 for a 182 IIRC (its more than a normal clio as the 182 has the increased caster arms)
You would certainly get the wheels comfortably onto a 3.3 meter trailer, as the wheel even at the futher point forward is only about 30cm or so (depending on tyre size) so from the front of the front tyre to the back of the rear tyre would still easily be within that, but it will depend on the height of the front and back of the trailer if there is enough space for the bodywork overhang.
I dont think you are going to be able to work it out exactly from numbers, you need to try it as your car could sit slightly higher or lower than someone elses which makes one of them clear the beam and the other not etc.
The back there is no lip so over hang would be fine. There is a small lip at the front so that would need to be considered, but it only looks like a few inches.
Next step would be to test the car actually on it. I was just trying to work out if it's even worth the journey to look at for the time being
Assuming the car fits on the bed fine I'd just need to make sure the Clio is below the 1000kg limit, which shouldn't be a real problem I don't think.
