Clio 182 Xenon fault.. Drivers side

Afternoon allI'm new to the forum, not even 100& sure if I'm posting in the right section?Had my 182 3 weeks now.. The other day one of my xenons went out (Drivers side)I was driving along the road and it was flickering, stppped, jumped out & it was really dim.. Went round to pop the bonnet & it was out..Ordered bulbs & changed them.. Still not working, swapped the ballasts.. Still not working.. Checked the fuses, and the fuse was out? .. Changed it, still not workin?! I'm stumped! Only other thing I can think of is a dodgy earth? But I'm not sure where the earth for the light is..Any help would be gratefully appreciated! Swapped the computers on the bottom over as well as the ballast yes?

How does the starter differ from the ballast?... Possibly a dumb question but I have a similar and have been advised the starter needs changing. My light tries to turn on but doesn't quite make it lol. Not looking forward to taking the front bumper off to be wrong!

Computers? What are the computers? I changed the black packs on the back of the light, that I only considered to be the ballasts? Where are the computers located? .. Ps, took me about 8 minutes to get the bumper off
