Clio 197 gear oil?

I'll be replacing my clutch soon (OEM or Helix) and when doing that I want to replace my gear oil too.

So what are your recommendations and what oil viscosity?

Hiya mate, U need 2 go 2 your renault dealer and get about 3 liters of TRt. The gearbox in your car is a TL4.

I went for the Castrol TAF-X 75W90.

TNX 4 the advice, but you're a bit late...already got the Castrol TAF-X & skinned some weigth of my flywheel...now it weighs 5kg...unfortunately I didn't have the time to weigh it when stock.

TAF-X is a good oil, but sadly has been discontinued br Castrol due to lack of demand. IIt will be around while stocks last, perhaps another year or so.

Next one will be a Motul Gear 300 75W90.

I know, I have a Motul 300V 5W40 in the 197, and a Motul 300V 15W50 in the Raptor.

I couldn't get my hands on the Motul gear oil when I've needed it.
