Clio 197 Window problem

The passenger door window has developed a strange fault, when you operate the switch (either switch) the window only moves a short distance, maybe 2cm and then stops (with the switch held) operating the switch again produces another 2cm movement and so on. The auto close is also not working.

Any ideas ??

No seals around the window catching the glass?

needs resetting , press till all way down and hold for 2 to 3 secs and same when all way up , should work normally then.

I've just developed this same problem, I'll give that suggestion a go. Has anyone else got a confirmed fix for this issue?

FYI the resetting option did fix the window
