Clio 200: Air intake upgrade

Hello,

I saw a sticky on the air intakes on a 172.

But what about a Clio 200?

Is the best solution also a performance panel filter? If yes, which one?

Or are there Air intakes kits that are good on these too?

A friend of mine had a K&N in his Clio. The results were very very poor. On the same rolling road the power went down by 25 bhp

Any advice is appreciated.

Most popular seems to be an itg panel filter. Also some have the v6 airbox but this requires moving the battery

I know the V6 mod, but I guess that's a bridge too far. I think it requires a big budget to move the battery to the boot.

I do wonder if the Madeno Racing kit would be any good. They seem quite pro. www.madenoracing.com
Quite expensive tho.

theres gotta be cheaper options out there. do K and N do a closed intake for the 200?
