Clio Cup 172 (2003) - Steering alignment advice?

Hi

Purchased a second hand Cup 172 (2003) yesterday and all is great apart from the steering wheel. If I have it directly centred the car moved slightly to the left, so I find myself having to steer slightly to the right to go straight forward, please could people advise what the cause is likely to be, and what I can do to fix it?

I went down to my local tyre place and had a full wheel alignment and tracking sorted and its been perfect since.

Not if you want it done properly......
