Clio Cutting out

I have a 1.2 x reg clio and whenever you try and park, on anything on full lock the car cuts out, it runs fine any other time, but as soon as you put it into a lock in either direction the car starts to struggle as soon as you try to move it.

power steering pump could be shot, as when turning the pump is used & if it was seizing then it would just lock the belt up which is linked directly to the motor = stalling

Check the PAS switch it might be faulty/leaking as well.
