That's quite clearly the gtr from the previous clip as part of the edit blend.

Hopefully these will sound fantastic with no cats in, being turbo and all that!

Lots of snaps and pops ;)

???

You are an owner of a Mercedes and not of a Renault Sport and we see that in your big "mauvaise foi" lol

At 0:23 everybody see that the Clio 4RS is passed and it is a Nissan GTR behind that we see

Thus of course because it is not the Clio 4RS, it is not its noise but 1 seconde of the noise of the Nissan GTR behind

your comment is just "funny" but without interest :)

erm? pardon?

I'm hoping this is a case of 'lost in translation', I don't see what car I drive makes any difference (I've had 3 RS's before btw)

Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news

I wouldn't waste your time Gareth. He's clearly either certifiable, struggling with comprehension, or a combination of the two.

I'd just like to say that my Mercedes does sound like that, well actually better than that ;)

I said that just for humour of course, I dont care of your current car and one can to give his opinion on the 4RS without to be an owner of a Renault Sport car of course, IT WAS HUMOUR...

But for the rest that you dont speak about (strange ^^) , I confirm & I repeat so :

At 0:23 everybody see that the Clio 4RS is passed and it is a Nissan GTR behind that we see

PS :
And for "Turkish" : I dont care of you, simple that ;-)

i think the problem is that you are often misunderstood as it looks like you write your posts in french and then run them through a translator?

Not a fan at all, long and narrow, front is plain and it looks like one of those seat altea family cars.

No flared arches, no brembos.

Just to even it out a little, it looks like it handles really well and the ripping exhaust sound is nice.

I think this will appeal more to middle aged, people who have kids, or people who don't want to attract attention with looks as such (no flared arches)

Its more of a wolf in sheeps clothing.

They should aim to make it sound like the latest mini JCW tbh 1.6 turbo and sounds pretty awesome on full chat.

It will look lovely in white and LY im not sure about 5 doors though

Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news

It looks better on track than in the pics. However, the nose is still not my cup of tea and the 5 doors :dead:

The standard brakes on 1*2's are plenty for road use. If these are the same then i dont see the problem.

The build quality will piss you off if you take the plunge and buy a 4RS coming from a Merc barge!

Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news

Brembos or not surely it's got to be quicker on track than a 200!

That is ofcourse a concern, but I'm sure I'll quickly decide either way with a test drive.

Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news

I'm almost certain the build quality has come on leaps and bounds since your last RS, Megane was it?

If what we are reding is correct and it is the 1.6T from Nissan then hopefully it'll bring a sparkle of Japanese build quality lol...

Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news

Yes, my last one was a 2007 (late) R26, no issues with build quality as such, but plenty of dealership and aftersales issues.

Renault Sport cars = The best track cars in their category thus stop with this unless discussion about "Brembos or not Brembos"...

it can have a turbo for the 1st time and look like to a SEAT for somebody IT IS A AHEAD ALL A RENAULT SPORT CAR THUS A GREAT TRACK CAR EVEN IN THE STOCK VERSION

Going by your frequent and unweighted praise of the car (which is yet to be officially unveiled), one can only assume you have driven it?

Aye, it doesnt seem to matter where in the UK you use Renault, it seems to be a negligent piss take all over. If the after sales/warranty situation was improved they would probably lose alot of their negative press over 'poor' build quality.

Its ashame aswell as the Renault Sport market is so strong and well received from petrol heads all over!

I created this topic and I drive cars and RS cars on tracks for a long time

After it's always funny to see that the most part of the current owners of a RS car love this new Clio 4RS and the most part of the current no-owner of a RS car dont love it (especially if they have a German car, it is usual to see ^^)

For the rest and to become at the subject

Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news

I absolutley love your persistence KumKum lol

And I absolutley love too the persistence of somebody about their total rejection of the Clio 4RS just because it is a RS and not their brand especially if it is a German brand ^^

For information I try just to be objective and about this Clio 4RS for example to the opposite that somebody knows here, I don't think it will be my next "passion car" after my current "great little" Clio 2 RS1
So... ^^
My next will be more probably always a RS but more a Megane 3RS 265hp or why not the intended Megane 4RS 280-300hp ^^

After about my username here I know that in English "kumkum" look like at your "slang" "cum***" ^^ but I'm not an English and "Kumkum" dont come from the English language but it is just one my nickname in my youth and come from this Japanese cartoon of the 80's in fact ^^ lol
