Clio key Case (FOB)

Hi, i need to replace my key case
but i cant find the plastic case on ebay
my key is from clio mk2 ph1 1999 RT'
it hase a hole for the IR led

whats wrong with the case? everything looks fine here, or is this key not unlocking your car?

The case is not closing well, every time i change the battery i need to close with a zip tie.
Ita anoyning me.
Any help will be greatful.

well these key fob's have grooves to slot each side into, so perhaps try putting a small amount of bluetac in the groove, maybe that would secure it better?
just an idea.

I will try it thanks, on ebay i found only the case without the holes, maybe other renault share the same key?

the key you have is IR like you say, the other key types your seeing are probably looking like this, and they are not IR but radio i do believe.

Yea its a ir key not radio like 2001 models.
I cant find in any ebay that key type.

but perhaps the tiny board in the one you have, will go into this, is it the same shape inside, if it is it might work. since you can just swap the blade and board over, but only if its the same shape inside?

Mine. Is the biger board, the case you send its for the small board.

This is the only i found but its used, i sended a massage to the seller to ask the condition if the plastic.
