clio serviceing

the dealers contacted us saying our 2002 clio needs her belt doing great but they claim she wont need a service surely it will need one its due one every 2years if they going to the effort of removing everything to change a belt why isnt it being serviced :S

No, as you don't change the oil etc when doing the cambelt.
