I think trophy and mk2 v6 ones are the same:

Basically the trophy spoiler is bigger and there's more of a flick up.

Cup spoiler has a different shape to the rear facing section. look where the high level brake light is, it's vertically flat on the cup version. and i think the v6 version is like a beefier cup whereas the trophy is more like a blade shape.

Nope.
The mk2 vee & trophy have the same spolier. The mk1 vee just has a normal 172 spoiler on it. The cup spoiler is as per the above link.
