Make sure both Aux and Timing belts have been done last year.
Check rear shocks for leaking oil
Exhaust may be rotten depending on mileage/age.
other than that, usual wear and tear items such as brake discs/pads, tyres, engine mounts, interior etc. The steering wheel will be in a state, but they all melt so don't let that put you off.
