Clio sport 172 only revving to 6k

I recently bought a Clio 172. It's only revving to 6k -6200 in all gears I've noticed the airfilter isn't in the air box would this cause this problem. If the ecu is seeing incorrect mixtures

I would think about 60-70 degree it's sitting about 2 marks below the middle of the temp gauge

Should i replace the thermostat

Id say more like the temp sender.

But I could be wrong.

However it could be the thermostat, you need to take it out and check it.

I'll run to Renault tomarra and get them bought can't be that dear

They aren't but you need Renaults type D coolant.

Which is also cheap as f**k! Only need 5 litres too

Replaced the thermostat today and coolant temp sensor gauge is sitting in the middle now. Still limiting 6-6.5k in all gears any suggestions

Think I found my problem checked live data saying clutch pedal switch active. Checked it and there was no switch just the plug pinned the bridged the plug and it went inactive and it revved right out yo 7500

Got a fault showing for the brake pedal switch and another saying speed limiter active
