Clio sport 2003 Car Stereo Stalk control question

Hi all,

I was hoping to fit a Blaupunkt queens mp56 into the car. Link underneath.

I've since been informed after buying it that it doesn't work with a stalk control (I know it won't work with the renault one already in the car). It's not designed to work with any though.
The guy in the shop who sold it to me have no problem replacing the unit but they've told me that they have had problems fitting other manufacturers stalk controls, steering wheel controls to clio sports.

Do any of you have Stereos fitted with stalk controls I'm sure you have could you tell me what manufacturer you're using and if you had any problems getting them to work.

autoleads do a pc99-x06 iirc the part number and then the blaupunkt patch lead
