Mines 320bhp / 300lbft torque, paddle clutch, uprated mounts, solid top mounts and lowered on cooksports.
I use it daily and for work it's my only car, average 26.8 mpg and that's 95% town driving, but I keep it on boost. I could easily get over 30mpg daily and had 42mpg on the motorway.
Vibrations I don't notice but I think the vibratechnics are vital mounts if running anything over 230bhp, the thing I would change if I was doing it all again is I'd keep stock springs and top mounts, the ride can be harsh.
Fuel can mount up and tyres won't last long if you accelerate hard.
