Clio172-cant connect to engine,immo ok.

Hi guys,can you help me with no connection to the engine,immo is ok,diagnostic tool is can clip.I was trying another ecu,problem is same,fuse for radio,...is ok.Grounds,12v are ok.The yellow cable in my case pin 8,which should be kline was checked by multimeter in pin 28 on ecu,is ok.But other cables on obd I cant identify,so cant checked.I heard that I can use delphi ds150 when move obd pin 8 to pin 7,without results.

Does the car run?

Ecu/injection fuse ok in underbonnet fusebox? Do you have power to it?
