I swear most people that had issues on Saturday meant me walking to my tent to try and concoct something up to try and fix their car??

Might just buy a beavertail next year though and f**k driving over an hour in them cunting seats! Back and legs still hurt like chuff

I’m not used to the metro anymore! I’d had enough after 4 laps!
Haha no problem mate anytime! Would of been a shame for you to of gone all that way and not gone on track.

No worries mate, I’m glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for the pointers by the way, showing me the lines was a massive help as it was my first time with the Metro at Blyton Park.

The Metro is retired from Trackdays for now as I’m focusing on drag racing and entering it into the FWD Drag Series at Santa Pod.

I’ll be back next year with my Civic Type R EP3 though!

Yeah, slicks are incredible. I've drove Josh Worthington's clio at Bedford last year on slicks then straight after jumped back into mine on R888R - Made them feel like budget tyre's.

I was suprised how well it pulled though, I was cooling down due to temp issues but then seen him come past so gave chase. Although I think his car is probably 200-250kg lighter than mine.
