We are extremely pleased to announce further details on ClioSport Saturday 2014 - The clubs very own national event!
ClioSport Saturday (CSS) is back again for the 4th year running. Starting in 2011, the club took the decision to organise our own event, that we could mould to better fit the culture of the ClioSport, rather than 'making do' with the other more established shows at the time, such as FCS & Trax. As such, CSS was born and 4 years on we haven't looked back.

The venue for 2014 is Billing Aquadrome based in Northampton. Set in 235 acres of Northamptonshire countryside, Billing's beautifully landscaped parkland is set within the stunning Nene Valley where numerous lakes and rivers weave throughout. The event will be held on Saturday 23rd August (Bank holiday weekend), and camping is available on the stand during Saturday night. Camping for Friday is available.

Price: £ 7 - This is the entry fee to the park, and still applies to children. Each ticket gets you you:

1 x hog roast sandwich (VEGETARIANS - PLEASE STATE IN THE TICKET ORDER COMMENTS THAT YOU ARE A VEGETARIAN.)

TICKETS WILL BE SENT OUT 2 WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT. ORDERING WILL CLOSE ON THE 16th AUGUST 2014. PRICE ON THE DAY IS £12. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE EARLY TO HELP WITH OUR PLANNING.

Details
Unlike previous CSS's, we're taking a different approach this year, integrating camping into the event and aiming to make it much more social. This combined with the fact that there's no real specific on site entertainment/attraction like there has been in previous years, and that Billing have pretty much given us free reign of our plot, has given us much more scope with what we can do.
On site amenities and things to do include:
Cash Machines, Crazy golf, Fishing, Childrens play area, Chip shop, Curry house, Bar, Go-Karting, Convenience store & swimming.
What's more, as it's the bank holiday weekend, Billing also have a Transitmania show on as well as the Bank Holiday fun weekend which usually includes stalls, car boot sales, enhanced entertainment.
Catering this year is being provided by Pig Roast Hire Company, who are hog roasting specialists. Each ticket sold includes x1 Hog roast sandwich. Beverages will be available to buy from the ClioSport marquee at a shockingly affordable price.
Additionally we will also have our own attractions on the day, as we have on previous years. We will keep you updated with this when bookings are finalised.
Camping
For camping, please call 01524 781453 and quote Rally 14. Camping is £15 a night.. This will indicate to Billing that you are with ClioSport and will get you on site for camping on Saturday. Drinking is fine, as is being a bit loud as we are not located near any families, however please keep it sensible and bear in mind that you are representing the club.
The camping that DAVE (sunglassesron) organised last year was perfect, so don't go letting us down by setting everything on fire and having fights
.Awards & Charity Raffle
We will be holding an awards ceremony for the cars that stand out the most at the show. The categories are as follows:
- Best Renaultsport Clio
- Best non-Renaultsport
- Show & Shine
- Best non-Clio
We'll also be holding a charity raffle where there will be a number of fantastic prizes up for grabs, for a small cost of £1 per ticket.
List of prizes will be unveiled closer to the date.
Traders
We are planning on inviting traders to the event. A list of confirmed attendees will be shared closer to the time.
