Check the belts have been replaced (interval is 72k or 5 years) and that car has been serviced regularly i.e. oil changes every 12k or 1 year. Make sure all the brakes and tyres have plenty of life left otherwise they can cost a bit to replace.

And finally don't buy a Monaco Blue 172 with the reg LD02 BXC!

R26 has been treated to a wash, machine polish and two layers of Dodo Juice Banana Armour

Just given mine it's first wash since FCS. A very quick snow foam and rinse.

Car also had a funny 5 mins earlier, bit of steam coming from under the bonnet. I took it out for a long blast, and it now seems reet :S

Fingers crossed it gets me there and back tomorrow
