clock and oil level not working!

i just though it would be fuses but no! lol

Bad earth or broken wire? Have uou checked the fuse box under the bonnet to?

no, aint checked that one?

where is it, i was thinking with the oil level the sensor might be off as the engine has been out recently to fit a clutch and recon gearbox?

does any one know where the sensor is? if there is one!

any one else had these probs!

well id imagine the sensor would be around the sump somewhere

Its at the front of the engine near the dipstick!

i think iv seen the sensor but its tight to get in?!, all seems plugged in etc but its still not working,

has any one else experinced this?!

any ideas on the clock?

the clock might run off the same circuit as the oil sensor which like someone said above, has it been reconnected properly since the engine was out or it could be a case of following the wires and making sure they are not broken anywhere. sorry but thats what i would look for first.
