Has anyone bought a contract online?

There's no mention of insurance on the site, even after going to checkout so will someone ask if i want it when registering? I'd like it as i know the K800i can be dodgy enough when new!

Do refurbished phones have any warranty?

Is itemised billing usually included?

DONT THINK THEY DO INSURANCE. WHEN I FIRST TOOK MINE OUT 2 YEARS AGO THEY COULDNT OFFER IT. MAY HAVE CHANGED NOW.

how the fook does that work then, some of them are 12 month contracts with 12 months free, i know they're redemption deals but surely if you remember to send your bills in they make f**k all out of it?

I've always questioned it myself. Been with them for years, they do voodoo magic I'm sure. Always so bloody cheap!

I had a SE T610 one time. Phone was free, got stupid amounts of texts and anytime minutes pm. Think I paid £15 pm (as it worked out in the end) and when the 12 months was up I sold it on fleabay for £60!

Edit: The 15pm doesn't include the £60 I got for the phone. SO it actually worked out about £10pm

Correct...totally f***in free I got Video/Talk & Text free for 12 months...bargain.....now upgraded to K800i for 18 months with talk & text 900 for £8/month
