Coilover adjustments

What can I adjust on my coilovers, is it just ride height? Or would it change spring stiffness? Are my dampers adjustable? They are h and r coilies if that makes a differance. Also how easy are they to adjust?

I think they are damping adjustable and obviously height. Need to change the springs to change spring rates. Should be a screw either on the top or on the side of the shock to adjust the rebound

H&R's are non adjustable in terms of damping, spring rates are pretty bob on anyway, just the ride height you can mess with, don't set them all the same all round though for god sake, drivers side front always 5-7mm higher than the passenger side
