what are you having done exactly as i would have thought it would have cost more than that. i.e. height adjusting, tracking, camber i would expect to pay around £100 (tracking by me is around £30 alone!)
If its a 'local' garage they will probably be just using laser alignment which is not propper 4 wheel alignment which should be done when coilovers are fitted.
£50 is alot for laser alignment, and pretty cheap for 4 wheel so...
The garage I used in mansfield put mine on a hawkeye alignment/measuring system. They manually altered all the toe/camber/caster to the correct measurements stored on the system. Cost me £45 for 2 hours labour.
i use a place called Chris Mullins tyres in Gloucester, about £40 for 4 wheel alignment.
After i had some serious negative camber on my old Polo Gti i took it to these guys and the car felt like brand new. well worth the money.
