Coilover height, left or right!!????

Which way do i turn to highten my coilovers? Its to low and needs to be higher, please help

Do it up like your trying to compress the spring.

It is, its easy to do i jist dont know wich way to turn and its as if theyv seazed up now? Only a hammer to the tool will move it round

How old are they, i covered mine in copper grease to preserve them a bit. Grit and s**t gets in the thread overtime

Just a year mate, sick of it now ive got 40's its to low but i can seem to move the height of them
anymore
