coilover question

might be a stupid question, but do coilovers do standard height?
I always see something like 'lowers 30-60mm'....does this mean it won't do standard height?

i guess thats down to the coilovers themselves. but wouldnt that be pointless?

just considering my options.
since Trophy suspension is hard to come by here in holland and Fred is still sitting on his cup coilovers.
Since my car is used mostly on road, i'd prefes an near as standard ride height as possible.
