Coilovers fitted. Sump guard catching speed bumps!

Just fitted my H&R coilovers to my mk1 172 and I am having trouble going over sped bumps. Sump guard and CAT catch. I havent set the suspension that low so just wondered if it was something you have to except and whether other people have the same problem?

Didn't finish fitting them untill late last night so will get some pictures up as soon as I can take some
