Coilovers setup?

Car  mk2 1.2 16v
Finally getting around to having my coilovers fitted. :D
Got the fronts on last week and going to do the rears some time in the next couple of days.

I was just wondering if anyone would recommend anywhere to get them set up properly?
I was considering just taking it to the likes of kwikfit for convenience as I'm getting new tyres from them next week anyway, but wasn't sure if this would be advisable? Would somewhere more specialised be a better shout?

Cheers,
Graham

Thats what I suspected TBH.
I'm not sure what specialist places there are in scotland that I could take it to though :S

What is there that actually requires setting up anyways? Is it just the camber?

Do people actually realise where Livingston/Dundee is in relation to GDi or Fred?

Pretty sure Biohzrd off here takes his to Falkland Performance in Glenrothes to get his setup.

Cheers guys, I'll have a look in to it :)

LOL at the suggestions to take it to fred/GDi/k-tec, fancy lending me the money to head all the way down there?!
Thanks for the input anyways though.

What in particular actually needs set up on them other than the camber? Would be good to have an idea of what I'm talking about when I ring up Falkland :o

camber and alignment (rides heights are relatively straight forward, all the same, drivers front + 5-10mm higher)

i set the front drivers side slightly higher because if you think which side of the car is heavier?

engine is drivers side, driver is drivers side, so drivers side is set slightly higher to balance it out

Kwick fit LOLOLOL hahahaha (sorry)

I'd travel to get a good job. A real good job.

If you can afford it get it corner weighed too but make sure you get it done somewhere where they know what they're doing. As a rule of thumb I wouldn't even take mine to Demon Tweaks.

Depends how much it costs mate as I'm not exactly flush with cash at the moment and its only a 1.2! lol.

How much would it be likely to cost?
