Coilovers

Car  Titanium 182 & 306 Diesel
Looking at getting a set for the 182 early next year - Which are the best to go for and prices etc?

How much is usually charged to set these up unless someone can do them in the northwest area;)

Want it low but want it to hadle good aswell:rasp:

H&R

I'm very convinced these are the better sets for the Clio. Drive is incredible , sticks like mad.. not losing too much comfort though. Quality !!

price is around 700/750pounds (costs 1000 euro around here in Holland)

Theres no best you have to decide price wise H and R are superb but £750 or so.

Fitment depends where you go can fit them in a few hours a proper expect setup place say runs 1 to 1.5 degree negative camber and stagith toe. An expect will corner weight the car as well though.

Yeah H&Rs are highly rated on here. But depends on how much you want to spend as 730 quid is a lot and thats not including getting them setup yet.

A lot of people on here go for fk highsports/konigsports as the one below. These cost around 500 to 600 quid and do the job but the ride is less comfortable and not as good quality compared to H&R's

People will tell you to go for eibach springs im sure but these dont lower alot. But the handling is much improved.

I had Cobra Evo 1's on my dci and can admit they were amazing

Really good to drive on (with 17s) and not loosing much comfort :)

I could certainly ask powerstation about a group buy on the AST's that ive got on my car :)

What is your application and how much do you want to spend?

Fast Road/Track?

You say low, so one would assume street.

I'm interested in this, so far I've narrowed it down to Gaz or Weitec. My mate has Gaz on his R5 but I don't know anyone with Weitec, what they like, good or a bit pony & trap?

i've just had wietec's fitted to mine..
and the ride quality is not far off standard, i was wasnt to sure about them first off but after being setup correctly they make one hell of a difference!!
only 500quid too

Look in For Sale Section, Ben_P has some for sale and he has said he will fit them for £60,

Well worth a look
Andy

Ben P's would be perfect for me as I'm based in warrington aswell - Got to wait for my bloody bonus tho:dapprove:
