Cold air feed help

i bought my 172, and i cant be sure but i think the big air box under the bonnet (very technical minded as you can see) says IPG or something like that. I want to but a cold air feed into to it through the passenger fog. Any advice on doing this? does it affect MOT and how does it affect performance!

well i think thats where it is at the mo but word on the street is its more affective in the fog `ole!

Wouldn't make much difference, There Side by Side n if its already there then you'd be left wiv a Hole if you moved it and no offense but you seem a lil clueless anyway so why move it for no gains!!

i just wanted to know what gains i would get and you ve said none so thats fine. would possibly look better imo.

fantastic mate. glad i made the effort to come down there. not had any problems at all. tax next month and service due. exhaust blowing like a b**ch now so that has to be done going for a stealth this time round i think. guna clean the calipers and paint them black but apart from that no other mods lined up im just going to enjoy her. dont worry im looking after her!! hows the accord?

haha ye i bet it does. im surprised how good the 172 is with fuel!
