+1 did mine over the weekend too.Used this yesterday, brought the car up a treat. Also beads well, after it's chucked it down today lol.
Will people ever see the light??
Swissvax, DONE.
f**k paying £45 upwards for some wax.
Think what you spend on say, a pair of shoes, a night out, a few take away's a month...some coin on a quality pot of wax isn't a bad investment considering you'll get more than one use out it.
The Colli should bead like a trooper tbh - are those shots just from Carlack?
I just did some of my car with Cleaner Fluid Medium, BOS x 2 and Zymol Field Glaze... £200 of gear but OMG...!! So Alan does have a point, but it's not TEN times better than Colli - depends how into detailing you are I guess...
Couple of coats should sort that anyway
So as a student with no job, I should spend £45 on a pot of wax? And I didn't buy the kit anyway.
When i was a student i had a part time job, gave me nuff paypa for partyin and spending on a whole load of detailing products which in turn made me more money from doing other peoples cars..
I had a job. I was made redundant.
The Carlack is a cleaner/sealant (AIO), so it cannot be layered as each successive layer will remove the last... maybe do it twice to ensure consistent and even coverage, but any more is a waste!
Yes, if you want to correct. Ideally machine polished with a rotary or DA with an appropriate compound. That said, you could argue you wouldn't need the Carlack layer
