Colour coding black bits! Spray advice...

Hello.
I want to colour code the black bumper trim and bits along the doors.
Whats the simplest way to do this myself? I dont particulary want to pay a bodyshop to do it!

Theres a very good guide in the guides forum, but I don't think you'll be able to see it as you're not a member...
