to remove the door strips what you need to do is open your door there is a rubber gromet (not far from the door catch) which is in line with the bump strips pop this out and keep it somewere safe. then use a skrewdriver to push the clip that is in the hole backwards, you should then be able to just slide the strip backwards and then it should just come off. same goes for the rear ones but they slide forward instead providing its a 3 door. hope this helps
