Confused

An oil question. What type of oil should I put in my dci1.5 I dont have a clue and the website below just confused me further. Whats it it to begin with synthetic or mineral based oil? and what grade??

Renault recommend - ELF TURBO DIESEL 10W-40,s for the 1.5 dci with a K9K engine.

The K9K engine is the 1.5dci turbo engine. So that the oil to use.
