Connecting iphone 3g to wireless network?

My missus has just got an iphone and it's all a fun learning curve, but i can't seem to connect it to my Sky wireless network. I've entered the network key, which works for every PC and the PS3, as the password, but it just says it can't connect.

Any ideas?

Worked without issue for me last weekend at my sisters, are you making sure to enter it exactly including case sensitive?

Yep, 8 letters, all CAPS, no spaces... I might try lowercase, etc later.
