Contact number for dicky Sky box?

Hi chaps,

Has anyone got a contact number for Sky to speak to them about our dodgy Sky box? It's a standard one - not Sky Plus or HD or anything. Just one minute it receives certain channels, then the next minute it says "No satellite signal is being received"

No. 28 appears on-screen too, against "For your information...." I take it that that's not good.....

Mine was doing this last week.

Press the 'services' button, then '01' then '4' and I think red buyton to resent the frequency.

Thats what they told me and after 45mins waiting on the phone.
