Cost of 172 cambelt and aux belts

How much is the average price to pay for a cambelt and aux belt change?

Has anyone had it done as Yozza?

cost me less than £200, but thats DIY, renault upto around £1k

pick a price anywhere between the 2, on average though i would say around £500-£600 is about right

Depends where you are, plenty of good specialists around.

£400 would be a good price

We charge £399.50 including parts (including new cam caps), labour and VAT. We would need the car for half a day to carry out the work.

Cost me £282 to get the parts to do it myself and was not the nicest job even to boot. That was for a full cambelt kit, full auxbelt kit, upper/lower inlet manifold gasket and the 2 core plugs.
