Coulour coding, help needed!!

I would quite like to colour code my interior inserts, there silver atm but need a respray as there a bit tatty, and also my gear nob insert. oh and the 16v badge on the side

1) Hows best to do it? rub it down, primer, colour and then laquer?

2) How much should it cost to do?


And also while were talking about this, colour coding side strips and also front and back bumper? hard to do DIY or best getting it done properly?

i have been really tempted ever since i got my car to have a go at DIY colour coding, havnt been brave enough yet though

have u painted anything on ur car? calipers?

I would like to follow that guide but il still probs do it wrong, may wait till the weathers a bit better then do my bumper strips
